A mobile phone is a electronic devices that allows people communcate with each other from different places. mobile phones differ in cordless phones which can only call someone if your network is in range. Mobile support many different accessories and services and also have bluetooth this allows 2 mobiles to transfer data within each other.
The most used application a mobile phone is SMS texting message with 74 % of active users.
The first ever phone was called, “Analog Cellular telephony” which had the capacity of 1 G it was introduced and produced by japan and was lauched in 1979 and the first modern phones was released in 1991 in finland which was a network technology on digital 2G.
Mobile phones have many feature incuding:
GPS navigation
Music MP3 and MP4 which is video included which sound
and many other features that are included in a mobile phone.
Mobile phones have to be charged in order for them to function and let all apllications run. these are charged by batteries that charge rechargable. mobile phones can be charged in a variety of ways:
For example:
Use USB cable that will be plugged into a base unit into a computer usb port that would allow the phone to be charged, they can also be charged if a AC adapter is plugged into a plug socket or even wireless charging that was released in 2009 but the first wireless charger was released for comsumers uses.
In order for the mobile phone to work you would need to insert a SIM for the phone to be able to connect to other people, if a SIM is not inserted the phone will send a screen message saying SIM is not insert which would not allow you to go any further to phone or to access your applications or services.

Compare Laptops to Desktops
by balwinderbadwal96 on Feb.02, 2010, under Uncategorized
laptops have intergrated keyboards and a screen.theyalso have a touch pad that allows you to control the point where as you have a mouse and a keyboard on a desktops that can be inserted into the usb slot or into a port that lets the devices function. a Laptop is portable where as a desktop is not.

the laptop doesn not have a base unit and has a much smaller motherboard where as the desktop has a base unit and a much bigger motherboard. The components are smaller for the laptop so they can fit in the case
A laptop can run on AC power or rechargeable battery they also support hot swappable drivers and peripherals for example: Memory Stick, Cards and other Devices.

Because Laptops and Desktops are built different these means many parts are different for both of the source meaning the parts cannot be interchangeable, and the Desktop has many different slots on the motherboard that can be occupied by a card whilst the laptop only has 1 or 2.
